Subscriptions and billing
Amiora Premium is sold as an auto-renewing subscription, on a monthly or an annual plan. The annual plan carries a free trial for new subscribers; the monthly plan does not. The price you see in the app is the localized price your store charges, and the exact term — the trial length where one applies, the amount charged afterwards, and how often it renews — is shown on the purchase screen before you buy.
We never take your payment. Purchases are made through Apple’s App Store or Google Play, which handle the charge, the renewal and any refund. We do not receive or store your card details.
Change your plan or cancel
A subscription is canceled in the store account that bought it, not in Amiora. The app takes you straight there: open Progress → Settings → Manage subscription. You can also go directly:
- iPhone or iPad — Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Amiora.
- Android — Play Store → your profile picture → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Amiora.
Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you have already paid for, and it does not delete your account. To avoid being charged for a renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Restore a purchase
Reinstalled the app, or signed in on a new device, and Premium is missing? Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore purchases. It is on the paywall itself, under the plan details. Restoring works with the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription — a purchase cannot be moved between store accounts.
Refunds are handled by the store, not by us. On iOS use reportaproblem.apple.com; on Android use the Play Store order history. Write to us anyway if something went wrong and we will help you make the case.
Your account and your data
You can delete your account and its personal data from inside the app: Progress → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. You can export a copy of your data first from Download my data on the same screen. Deleting your account does not cancel a paid subscription — cancel that in your store account, as above. Full detail, and the email route if you cannot open the app, is on Account deletion.
Video playback
Watch plays its videos through YouTube’s official embedded player. Amiora streams them; it does not download or store video or audio on your device, and it offers no offline playback. Videos therefore need a working connection — your saved words and reviews do not, and keep working offline.
Privacy and terms
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and the rights you can exercise. Our Terms of Use are the agreement your subscription is bought under. Both are also linked from the paywall and from Settings inside the app.
